Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting with a focus on proactive talent sourcing.
• Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
• Proven success sourcing hard-to-find candidates within technical organizations.
• Experience sourcing Software Engineering and other technical disciplines.
• Ability to independently execute recruitment strategies with minimal direction.
• Strong research, investigative, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality passive candidates across technical disciplines.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to execute sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence projects.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methods to identify talent beyond ATS platforms.
• Develop customized outreach campaigns to attract top candidates.
• Generate qualified pipelines for difficult and high-priority roles.
• Evaluate and implement new sourcing channels, tools, and techniques.
• Maintain ownership of assigned searches and manage multiple priorities.
• Provide talent market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Act as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring leaders throughout TA process.
