Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Talent Sourcer for a leading aerospace and advanced technology client. This individual will identify, engage, and attract exceptional technical talent across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, the Talent Sourcer will develop creative sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and conduct initial candidate outreach for business-critical roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience sourcing for engineering and technical roles.
• Strong understanding of aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or hardware industries.
• Ability to track metrics and pipeline health.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X, Boolean searches, and other technical sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering and technical roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial qualification screens.
• Present qualified candidates and market insights to recruiting teams.
• Track sourcing activity, funnel metrics, and pipeline health.
• Research competitor talent pools and market trends.
• Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency while maintaining personalized candidate engagement.
• Serve as an ambassador for the company's mission, culture, and opportunities.
