Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years recruiting experience, or associate degree and 2+ years, or 3+ years' recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles.
• Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, forums, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to speed pipelines while maintaining a personal touch.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications.
• Track sourcing metrics and share pipeline health data with recruiters and teams.
• Represent the company’s mission and culture to prospective candidates.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks.
