Job summary

AIUC is seeking a Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and research roles in San Francisco. You will partner with founders to define ideal profiles, build pipelines, and close top talent, including navigating equity discussions.

You'll drive sourcing strategies, manage agency relationships, and help AIUC hire engineers who can advance our mission to underwrite superintelligence, joining a small, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in high-growth tech.
• Ability to turn vague briefs into clear role profiles and targets.
• Experience closing candidates with equity discussions and competing offers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and research roles from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft precise role profiles and target lists.
• Build talent maps and sourcing plays for hard-to-find AI/eval roles.
• Screen candidates and present workable options to interviewers.
• Lead offer conversations, including equity, with strong candidates.
• Manage agency relationships and track funnel metrics.
• Help make AIUC a place engineers want to work through events and networks.
