Mouser Electronics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist III (Technical) for our Mansfield, Texas campus in a hybrid role. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, build candidate benches, and partner with managers to fill roles efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of recruiting experience, strong technical sourcing skills, and proven ability to manage ATS processes while delivering excellent customer service to internal clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years recruiting experience in a technically focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles and building candidate benches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Build a bench of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.
• Source candidates using social networks and other channels.
• Manage full-cycle staffing from sourcing to selection.
• Deliver high-level customer service to employees and guests.
• Provide recruiting administrative support as needed.
• Recruit for entry-level warehouse and related roles.
• Support recruitment team with sourcing and administrative tasks.
