Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years technical recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with HR staffing processes and technical/engineering technology."
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle technical recruiting process for assigned teams, including selection criteria, screening, interviewing, wage negotiation, hiring and onboarding.
• Identify top technical talent through proactive sourcing and recruiting practices.
• Conduct prescreen interviews and evaluations according to selection criteria.
• Present prescreened, qualified resumes to hiring managers with understanding of Gentex culture and requirements.
• Manage open job requisitions and develop relationships with hiring managers as recruiting partner.
• Contribute to recruiting efforts by attending early talent career fairs and community events.
