Responsibilities

• Source top engineering talent for external partner opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers on strategic technical recruiting and talent attraction.
• Source qualified candidates using multiple recruiting resources and outbound techniques.
• Provide insights on talent market, pipeline growth, and candidate engagement.
• Coordinate and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
