Job summary

Hinge is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical) to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data, product, and design roles. You will partner with technical leaders to build high-impact teams and drive market-informed hiring decisions.

You’ll own end-to-end recruiting, refine interview processes, and develop multi-channel sourcing to maintain a robust pipeline while delivering a high-touch candidate experience aligned with Hinge’s values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in tech or mobile-focused companies.
• Ability to read engineering JDs, understand tech stacks, and converse with technical hiring managers.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions and pipeline insights for leadership.
• Hands-on experience building technical interview frameworks, scorecards, and rubrics.
• ATS experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday (or equivalents).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, data, product, and design roles.
• Refine interview rubrics, assessments, and scorecards to improve time-to-hire and offers.
• Design multi-channel sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Partner with engineering managers to translate requirements into search strategies.
• Provide offer guidance based on benchmarking, internal equity, and expectations.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, HRBPs, and business leaders.
