Job summary

Gritter Francona is seeking a Customer Service Technician to support a Veterans Affairs contract. The role involves responding to technical issues escalated by customers and acting as a liaison among operations, the client, and Engineering/Development.

You will use manuals and scripted responses to assist end users and refer ongoing issues to engineering teams. Core hours support is required, including Mon–Sat 6:00 AM–10:00 PM ET and Sun 6:00 AM–3:00 PM ET, excluding holidays.

Qualifications
