Gritter Francona is hiring a Customer Service Technician to support a contract with the Veterans Affairs. The role involves responding to technical issues escalated by customers and acting as a bridge between operations, the client, and Engineering/Development.

Extended Core Hours include Mon–Sat 6:00 AM–10:00 PM ET and Sun 6:00 AM–3:00 PM ET. Strong problem solving, teamwork, and clear documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with problem solving and debugging technical issues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative agile environment.
• Capable of documenting workarounds and solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues escalated by customers.
• Act as liaison between operations, client, and Engineering/Development.
• Refer ongoing issues to appropriate engineering support teams.
• Assist end users using manuals and scripted responses.
