Job summary

Gritter Francona is seeking a Customer Service Technician to support a Veterans Affairs contract. You will respond to escalated technical issues and act as a liaison between operations, the client, and Engineering/Development.

Respond using existing manuals and scripted responses, interact effectively with customers, refer ongoing issues to the engineering team, and be available for extended core hours (Mon-Sat 6:00 AM–10:00 PM ET and Sun 6:00 AM–3:00 PM ET).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience solving technical issues and debugging.
• Ability to handle tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Experience in team-oriented, agile environments.
• Strong self-motivation and direction.
• Experience documenting workarounds clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical issues escalated by customers.
• Liaise between operations, the client, and Engineering/Development.
• Assist end users using manuals and scripted responses.
• Refer ongoing issues to engineering support.
• Work extended core hours as required (Mon-Sat, Sun).
