Gritter Francona seeks a Customer Service Technician to support a VA contract. You will respond to technical issues escalated by customers and act as a liaison among operations, the client, and Engineering/Development.

You will use existing manuals and scripted responses to assist end users, reference documented workarounds, and refer ongoing issues to the appropriate engineering team. Extended core hours apply (Mon–Sat 6:00 AM–10:00 PM ET, Sun 6:00 AM–3:00 PM ET).

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience solving technical issues and debugging.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Collaborative, agile team environment experience.
• Self-motivated with strong triage management.
• Ability to document workarounds and solutions clearly.
