Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network protocols.
• Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using remote support tools and helpdesk software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• High school diploma required; A+ or similar certification is a strong asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in Welkom.
