• Minimum 2-4 years in related fields or a degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of onsite system repair, including advanced knowledge of operating systems and software.
• Basic networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong communication, problem analysis, and presentation skills to explain solutions clearly.
• Ability to work under high-pressure situations with limited supervision and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Clarify customer needs and maintain high satisfaction.
• Handle customer-relations problems and escalate as per procedures.
• Provide software service, post-sales or service delivery support for remote or local accounts.
• Deliver post-sales technical support to end users and HP Authorized Service Providers.
• Use proactive monitoring to identify prevention opportunities and resolve issues.
