Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic culture. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training. You will deliver projects effectively within budget and schedule, acting as a key interface for technical support to maximize customer satisfaction.
