Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Litigation Support Specialist to join our growing legal services line. This role involves providing comprehensive support to law firms and corporate legal departments, focusing on the discovery process, case management, and litigation support for complex cases. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in litigation support, including eDiscovery, document review, and case preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist legal teams in the management and organization of case files, discovery materials, and trial preparation documents.
• Conduct comprehensive document review and analysis to identify critical case information.
• Utilize eDiscovery tools and litigation support software to manage large volumes of electronically stored information (ESI).
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to develop and implement efficient case strategies.
• Prepare and manage litigation databases, including data imports, tagging, and coding.
• Provide quality control for document productions and ensure compliance with court-mandated protocols.
• Support trial preparation, including the creation of witness files, deposition summaries, and trial binders.
• Stay current with developments in litigation technology and best practices in electronic discovery.
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and provide timely updates on project status.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation support or paralegal experience, ideally within a large law firm or corporate legal department.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Paralegal certification or advanced legal studies preferred).
• Expertise with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Law or Paralegal Studies.
• Familiarity with legal project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data security.
