What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for cloud-hosted environments, focusing on Azure VDI, SQL, and related technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure Virtual Desktop and MSIX App Packaging/Streaming
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support and manage CI/CD pipelines using Octopus Deploy or similar tools
- Document and track all incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions in the internal ticketing system
- Assist in Azure cloud migrations and environment upgrades as part of the company's ongoing IT initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role or similar position
- Proficient in cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in Azure Virtual Desktop and MSIX App Streaming preferred
- Experience with CI/CD tools, especially Octopus Deploy or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with various Microsoft Server technologies including IIS, File Servers, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and API Servers
- Experience in providing tier 1 & 2 support, including SQL support such as backups, restores, and disaster recovery
