We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver outstanding technical assistance to our clients and ensure seamless experiences across our digital platforms remotely. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented professional with a strong technical foundation and a proactive support mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via email, chat, phone, and remote desktop tools.
  • Monitor and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and infrastructure teams to resolve escalated technical problems.
  • Log and maintain detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and client communications.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, knowledge base content, and user guides.
  • Identify patterns in user issues to recommend proactive system or product improvements.
  • Participate in testing of new features, updates, and system enhancements before release.
  • Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and evolving support tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of assigned support tickets and client cases.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts for internal users or client teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field ( but not required).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support, help desk, or IT service desk roles.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving operating system, application, and networking issues.
  • Hands-on experience with support ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, TeamViewer).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or customer experience tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A service-driven mindset with a genuine passion for helping others through technology.
