Job summary

Brivo, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to partner with dealers and end users. You will respond to RFPs, deliver product demonstrations, and support the inside sales team while building home test labs to vet Brivo products.

The role requires technical depth in access control, pre-sales experience, and strong communication. This in-office position covers North America and offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years in pre-sales technical roles in security or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience crafting RFIs/RFPs and delivering technical demos.

Responsibilities

Assist in driving sales growth among resellers in the assigned territory.
Serve as a primary sales and technical advisor for Brivo products and integrations.
Conduct system demonstrations and presentations for resellers and end-users.
Respond to design and technical requests from resellers and RSMs, including BOMs for new projects.
Collaborate on initiatives to enhance reseller performance.
Represent Brivo at customer engagements and field events.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Communicate customer needs to product teams.
Coordinate customer projects and support Brivo University training programs.
Provide remote and on-site support for escalated technical issues.
