Job summary

Acadian Total Security in Lafayette, LA is hiring a full-time Technical Support Representative II for an in-office role, Monday through Friday. You will assist customers by phone, troubleshoot service issues, and support the Retention team.

Candidates should be PC literate with MS Word and Excel, have strong organizational skills, and be able to read and interpret documents and write routine reports. Duties include inbox management, using Freshdesk and Textline, and handling routine account

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots service problems with customers by phone.
• Assists Retention department in saving customers and accounts.
• Manages the main Acadian inbox to send changes and handle customer requests.
• Uses cellular platforms, Freshdesk, Textline, and related tools.
• Manages monthly fire inspections.
• Maintains trouble reports for ATS accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
