Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document cases in detail with issue identification, steps, and resolutions.
• Handle part replacements and case creation through systems and workflows.
• Support escalation with R&D and engineering when needed.
• Give technical guidance on use of supported devices and software.
• Track cases to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Identify recurring issues to aid product and process improvements.
