Job summary

ETS is seeking a Technical Support Agent to deliver high-quality technical and customer support for PSI delivery platforms, across phone and chat channels. You will log interactions in the ticketing system and take ownership from initial contact through resolution in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk Agent in a BPO/IT-BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of basic computer operations, internet connectivity, and email protocols.
• Good written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for exam takers and students via phone and chat.
• Provide technical and customer support for PSI delivery platforms and testing environments.
• Log, track, and document interactions using ticketing systems (JSM).
• Take ownership of issues from initial contact to resolution.
