Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Customer Portal Support: Initiate portal access and account setup, guide customers through setup processes and address delays.
• Contracting & Order Support: Provide posted bids and price quotes, assist with contract signatures and amendments, and address billing questions.
• Billing & Inquiries: Help with payment status, invoices, and document reprinting; explain payment applications.
• Disputes & General Support: Handle inquiries related to delivery issues, pricing discrepancies, and contract terms.
• Contract Administration: Review contract details, ensure accuracy, and generate relevant reports for stakeholders.
