CHS Inc. is seeking an Experienced Technical Customer Support Representative for on-site work in Gwinner, ND. The role supports customers with system access, billing, and contract-related inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Key duties include onboarding customers, processing account changes, quotes, and contract administration. The position requires strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and flexibility for extended hours; Spanish skills preferred.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Onboarding & Customer Portal Support: set up new customers and portal access; handle account changes.
• Contracting & Order Support: provide bids, pricing, and contract follow-up.
• Billing & Grain Payment Inquiries: assist with payments, invoices and reprints.
• Disputes & General Support: handle disputes, inquiries, and location wait times.
• Contract Administration: review, create amendments, and report distribution.
• Other duties as required.
