Job summary

CHS Inc. in Taylor, ND is hiring an Experienced Technical Customer Support Representative to join the enterprise customer service team.

The role focuses on resolving customer inquiries related to system access, account changes, invoicing, and pricing, using available tools and collaborating with internal teams. On-site duties include onboarding, contract and order support, billing inquiries, disputes handling and contract administration in Taylor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service and technical support.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Spanish reading/writing/communication preferred.
• Willingness to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & customer portal support: set up new customers and portal access.
• Contracting & order support: provide quotes and manage contracts.
• Billing & grain payment inquiries: explain payments and reprint documents.
• Disputes & general support: process disputes and provide location/hours info.
• Contract administration: review contracts, create amendments, generate reports.
• Other duties as needed.
