State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is hiring an on-site Technical Support Specialist in Johnson City, TN to support clinical and administrative staff. You will handle account management, hardware and software troubleshooting, and diagnostic tasks across Windows systems and Office products.

Ideal candidates will have AD and TCP/IP familiarity, plus a general background in hospital IT environments. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in information systems or related field.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, networking concepts, and TCP/IP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Windows operating systems.
• Experience hardware/software installation, upgrades and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Account management and technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries in a timely manner and perform daily system checks.
• Install, modify, repair hardware/software and run diagnostics.
• Follow-up to ensure issues are properly resolved; compile data and reports.
