Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and our team members.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Monthly general and standard journal entries, financial statements, and comparative reportsAccount reconciliations, cost reports, and bank reconciliationsInterim and year-end audit assistanceReports related to recommended changed in data collection proceduresAutomation of data collectionAnnual budgeting process assistanceCompile health field organizational comparative surveys and result oriented comparisonsFixed asset management (accumulated depreciation reconciliations/balancing etc.)Prepaid managementAssist clerical staff with issuesProficient with Microsoft Access Database and Practice Management ReportsWeekly cash flow forecasts401K contribution and changes for employees and executivesCalculation/Reconciliation of monthly pension and quarterly fundingFile/Maintain county/city personal property taxesMaintain/Manage SOFHA Real Estate Entities books and financialsBack-up for Payroll and Accounts PayableMonthly physician expense, income, and distribution schedulesMaintain strict confidentialityFollow all organizational policies and proceduresREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on accounting or information systems.EXPERIENCE:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel is required.
