Job summary

State of Franklin Healthcare Associates, a physician-led multi-specialty care group headquartered in Johnson City, TN, is recruiting physicians for full-time positions. Responsibilities include obtaining health histories, conducting physicals, ordering tests, diagnosing and treating patients, and supervising PAs and NPs.

Candidates must hold an MD or DO, be Board Eligible or Certified, possess a TN medical license and DEA, and meet insurance contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Obtain health history and perform physical examinations
• Prescribe medication in accordance with state statutes and professional practice guidelines
• Supervise mid-level practitioners (PA and NP)
• Document all activities/interventions, patient/family responses, medication dispensed/prescribed
• Maintain Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours
