Responsibilities

The Technical Support Assistant will work closely with the UserService Manager. Success in this role requires understanding ofcomputers, computer related software, computer peripherals, andattention to detail. The successful candidate will work withstudents, faculty and staff as required as required to resolveissues with computers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain and configure computers, printers, andsupporting technology.
