We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist to be our go-to expert for Aston Martin dealerships across California or Florida, ideally based in or near the LA metro area or Miami. This is a remote role for someone passionate about luxury vehicles, problem-solving, and trusted advisory roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll split your time between providing remote technical support and hands-on visits at dealership service centers in Florida or California, depending on your location. About half of your time will be diagnosing technical issues remotely via our Spotlight system, working closely with dealership technicians to restore vehicles to peak performance. The other half involves visiting dealerships in person to offer expertise and guidance, ensuring high standards of service.

You’ll collaborate with our engineering and aftersales teams in the U.S. and the UK, and participate in technical support at exciting events like Formula 1 Hot Laps, managing our press and marketing fleet on the West Coast. This role is varied and dynamic, with no two days the same.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a high-end automotive dealership or repair shop, with a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, is essential. Confidence in diagnostic software and managing technical cases from start to finish is required. Excellent communication skills are vital for working with various stakeholders.

Self-motivated, resilient, organized, and adaptable individuals will thrive here. Since travel is involved, candidates should be within a commutable distance to Miami or LA and possess a full driver’s license and own vehicle. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus, but training will be provided.

  • Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends)
  • Remote position
  • 50% desk-based, 50% travel to dealerships
  • Some overnight and international travel may be required
