The role also includes a sales component, preparing quotes, entering parts orders in Business Central, and occasional travel to trade shows to build relationships and grow parts and product sales. Schedule is 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, non-exempt hourly position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, technical support, or related equipment/experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude to diagnose equipment issues remotely.
• Strong phone and video communication to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Business Central order entry system.
• Team player with solid work ethic and alignment to company values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer calls about equipment issues.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and repair steps over the phone and via video.
• Enter parts orders accurately into the Business Central system.
• Travel to customer sites and represent the company at trade shows as needed.
• Identify opportunities to recommend parts, products, or services.
• Prepare and provide sales quotes to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
