Qualifications include 2 years in customer service, 1 year supporting remote users, and familiarity with CRM or property management software. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years in experience in a customer service role.
• 1 year in experience resolving issues for remote users.
• 6 months in previous help desk experience.
• Thorough knowledge of technical hardware, including operating systems, networking, and computer repair.
• Reading comprehension and basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Provide highly proficient support to all team members via telephone, tickets, email, and online chat.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound communications in a timely way.
• Serve as subject matter expert for locating key resources using Sun's Knowledge Base.
• Deliver information and resources to empower teammates to find solutions independently.
• Utilize customer service skills to meet internal team expectations.
• Perform routine tasks such as password resets and remote screen sharing.
• Gather information, obtain feedback, and document troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain knowledge of Sun's resources, systems, and processes.
