Qualifications

• Prior experience working with the public.

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive first impression to all visitors entering the community.
• Answers and screens incoming calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Greets visitors and maintains hospitality standards at the front desk.
• Maintains lobby area, signage, and music to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manages sign-in procedures and notifies residents of visitors.
• Handles mail, packages, and clerical duties as assigned.
• Supports managers with clerical tasks and incident recording.
• Assists with tours and community information for families and prospective residents.
