Sun Communities is seeking a Concierge Specialist to provide business process, software, technical, and operational support for internal team members.

You will partner with internal teams to ensure resources are located quickly and efficiently, while upholding a positive, organized work environment. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus flexibility for evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in customer service experience.
• 1 year resolving issues for remote users.
• Experience with CRM, property management and online databases preferred.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide proficient support to team members via phone, tickets, email, and chat.
• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound communications promptly.
• Serve as SME for locating resources via Sun’s Knowledge Base.
• Deliver information and resources to empower independent problem solving.
• Utilize strong customer service to exceed expectations.
• Perform troubleshooting and remote assistance as needed.
