Job summary

Duke Manufacturing is hiring a Customer Care Technical Support Representative (TSR) to join our Technical Support team in St. Louis, MO.

The role focuses on delivering hands-on support for hot appliances and refrigeration systems, resolving customer issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. The successful candidate will troubleshoot electrical, gas, and refrigeration systems, read schematics, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Systems completed.
• Prefer field experience supporting equipment service and repair in the commercial kitchen industry.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support at customer sites.

Duke is currently looking for aCustomer Care Technical Support Representative(TSR)to join our Technical Support team.

The Technical Support team delivers industry-leading technical solutions and support for Hot Appliances and refrigeration systems. Our mission is to resolve complex customer issues, provide expert field service support, and ensure optimal system performance. We leverage deep product, system, and engineering knowledge to address customer needs rapidly and accurately, supporting the company's reputation for technical excellence.

Job Qualifications:

• Completed a two-year technical degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Systems

Relevant education, experience, and performance will be considered together.

Work Schedule & Location:

• Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm Central Time
• St. Louis, MO (onsite)
• With exceptional travel to customer sites to provide hands-on technical expertise and field support
