Duke Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Care Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support team in St. Louis, MO (hybrid) with periodic travels to customer sites.

The role focuses on supporting hot appliances and refrigeration systems, diagnosing issues, and delivering rapid technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a two-year technical degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Systems and at least five years of field experience in commercial kitchen equipment service,

• Preferably with at least 5 years of equivalent field experience supporting equipment service and repair in the commercial kitchen industry.
• Basic computer skills which include Microsoft Office

Duke is currently looking for a Customer Care Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support team.
The Technical Support team delivers industry-leading technical solutions and support for Hot Appliances and refrigeration systems. Our mission is to resolve complex customer issues, provide expert field service support, and ensure optimal system performance. We leverage deep product, system, and engineering knowledge to address customer needs rapidly and accurately, supporting the company's reputation for technical excellence.

Job Qualifications

• Completed a two-year technical degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Systems

Relevant education, experience, and performance will be considered together.

Work Schedule & Location

• Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm Central Time
• St. Louis, MO or Sedalia, MO (hybrid) - must be willing to travel on either location for periodic trainings and coordinations
• With exceptional travel to customer sites to provide hands-on technical expertise and field support
