Job summary

Uline Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie seeks a Technical Service Representative to guide customers on proper use, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll repair products returned by customers, provide responsive support via email and phone, and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer support, and electrical/mechanical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer support experience.
• Prior electrical and mechanical experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair products returned by customers, including packaging tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers via email and over the phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns.
• Act as a resource for departments, answering questions and supporting their repair-related needs.
• Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs.
