Job summary

Uline's Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Technical Service Representative to help customers get the most from our products by guiding proper use, troubleshooting, and performing repairs that keep operations running smoothly.

You will provide technical support to customers via email and phone, coordinate parts and estimates for repairs, and act as a resource for internal departments to address repair-related needs, ensuring timely solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer support experience a plus.
• Prior electrical and mechanical experience a plus.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
