Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Technical Support Officer to support the Technical Services team in ensuring compliance and timely Building Safety checks. You will perform weekly and monthly testing on fire safety systems, inspect fire doors, and maintain accurate physical and digital records.

The role involves travel across London and surrounding areas and requires strong IT and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Carry out quarterly and annual Fire Door Inspections.
  • Carry out weekly and monthly testing and inspection on fire safety systems.
  • Keep secure records of all testing and inspections (physical and digital).
  • Report on Health & Safety issues identified on site.
  • Participate in annual review of fire risk assessments as required.
  • Assist specialist contractors with access and site knowledge during servicing.

Pinnacle Group is looking for a Technical Support Officer to work within the Technical Services team and ensure that compliance and critical Building Safety checks are carried out in a timely manner and logged appropriately. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out weekly and monthly testing and inspections on a range of Fire Safety systems including fire alarm systems, AOVs and sprinkler systems, firemans lifts and dry risers.   • Carry out Quarterly and annual Fire Door Inspections

They will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of Health & Safety legislation, and the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively and deliver consistent support across technical operations.

  • Ability to learn systems quickly and to follow instructions
