Job summary
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Technical Support Officer to support the Technical Services team in ensuring compliance and timely Building Safety checks. You will perform weekly and monthly testing on fire safety systems, inspect fire doors, and maintain accurate physical and digital records.
The role involves travel across London and surrounding areas and requires strong IT and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Qualifications
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong IT and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance processes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and follow procedures.
Responsibilities
- Carry out quarterly and annual Fire Door Inspections.
- Carry out weekly and monthly testing and inspection on fire safety systems.
- Keep secure records of all testing and inspections (physical and digital).
- Report on Health & Safety issues identified on site.
- Participate in annual review of fire risk assessments as required.
- Assist specialist contractors with access and site knowledge during servicing.
