Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Support Manager. The Support Manager will oversee customer support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues. Key responsibilities include managing a team of support specialists, monitoring support queues, developing support policies and procedures, analyzing support performance metrics, and liaising with clients to gather feedback and improve services.
