Work Location: This role can work remotely provided that Eastern Standard Time core business hours are maintained. Expected overnight travel is 10%. The selected candidate resides within the continental US.

Role Objective
Supervises, coaches and provides guidance to Sales Operations team members and work flow. Trusted advisor to the sales organization, provides best in class operations for sales team and accounts. Enhances and maintains processes across team. Partners with Business Leaders, Sales Directors/Managers, Manufacturer Representatives, and internal teams. Collaborates, builds, maintains, and manages account relationships and activities with field sales, account representatives and customer contacts.

Supervises team members; coordinates work activities within team, and project teams.
Travel Requirements
Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
