Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Support Head with strong technical expertise in financial markets, particularly forex and cryptocurrency trading. This role involves assisting the sales team with client queries, troubleshooting technical trading issues, and providing in-depth explanations of platform functionalities and trading mechanics. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, able to offer active solutions and guidance in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Query Resolution: Support the sales team by addressing complex client questions,
• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical concerns, such as
• Active Solution Provider: Analyze and proactively provide solutions for operational and trading-related challenges that sales teams or clients encounter.
• Market & Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on forex and crypto markets, trading platforms, and execution mechanisms to provide accurate guidance.
• Training & Support: Educate the sales team on technical aspects of trading, helping them better assist clients with informed responses.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of forex and cryptocurrency trading platforms.
• Experience in troubleshooting trading execution issues and platform-related concerns.
