Job summary

ShareGate is seeking a frontline IT support specialist in the United States to help employees access SaaS tools and endpoints. You will handle first- and second-line issues with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, ensuring smooth access and reliable device fleets.

You will document learnings, propose process improvements, and leverage AI daily to speed resolutions and reduce repetitive requests. Fluency in French and English is required to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Solid first- and second-line IT support experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Comfort with device fleet management on Windows/macOS and using AI automation.
• Fluency in French and English.
