Job summary

Workleap Inc. is seeking a hands-on IT Support professional who can assist a bilingual workforce. You will deliver reliable support, manage SaaS access, and maintain device fleets, while leveraging AI to speed up resolutions.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team in a remote-friendly role with access to the Montreal office. Prior experience in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Solid first- and second-line IT support experience.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, access management, and SaaS tools.

Job description

• Deliver reliable, human support to every Workleap employee so they get back to being productive quickly.
• Own access and SaaS tool management, device fleet maintenance, and knowledge documentation.
• Use AI daily to speed up request resolution and drive process improvements.

Your team:

• A team of seven technicians, system administrator, endpoint administrator, and manager.
• Collaborating in French and English via Slack, with a focus on automation and documentation.

What you'll bring:

• Fluency in French and English, with solid first- and second-line IT support experience.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, access management, and SaaS tools.
• A builder mindset and comfort using AI daily.
