Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support, systems support, or engineering support experience.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases is preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows-based environments and command-line tools is a plus.
- Professional certifications in IT or support are beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers operating specialized Windows-based systems.
- Diagnose software, hardware, and system-related issues via remote access, email, and phone.
- Remotely access active customer systems to investigate problems and deploy fixes.
- Install, upgrade, and configure software on customer systems.
- Document issues, steps taken, and final resolutions for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with engineering and software teams to identify root causes and solutions.
- Support sales conversations with technical service/product insights.
- Track support cases and summarize trends and metrics.
