Job summary
Vacuum Technique LLC is seeking a technically skilled support professional to provide fast, structured assistance, troubleshooting complex vacuum system issues, and acting as a technical escalation for field engineers, distributors, and centers. You will document findings, train teams, and contribute to product reliability through feedback and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in technical support or field service for industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex vacuum system issues end-to-end.
- Technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, industrial maintenance, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical cases from intake to closure for VTS Aftermarket (remote & on-site).
- Coordinate with global teams for advanced root cause analysis and documentation.
- Define troubleshooting plans, analyze field data, and provide actionable repair recommendations.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to Field Service, Customer Centers, and distributors.
- Improve service documentation and standardization; maintain escalation discipline.
