Vacuum Technique LLC is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Eastern Region to manage Field Service support across North America. You will oversee operations, maintenance, and service delivery for Atlas Copco Vacuum equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.

This fully remote role allows flexibility, promoting a culture of trust and accountability. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in service management, engineering skills, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Manager or Service Manager.
• Minimum of 10 years in engineering, service, or maintenance roles with customer interaction.
• Strong management experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Field Service support across North America.
• Execute Service strategies and objectives for North America.
• Prepare monthly reports on site metrics and service issues.
