As a Technical SupportEngineer at CSR Biotech, you will play a crucial role in providing both remote and on-field support for our high-tech life sciences instruments. Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Service, you will work with customers and the internal team to install, maintain, and repair CSR instrumentation, ensuring smooth operations for all users.
Your hands-on troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and experience with microscopes and related instruments (hardware and software) will be invaluable in addressing technical issues. This role requires frequent travel and the ability to work independently in various environments, assisting other departments when necessary.
