About Queclink

Queclink Wireless Solutions is a globally recognized provider of IoT hardware and telematics solutions. Since 2009, we have helped businesses build smarter, safer, and more connected operations through reliable devices for vehicle tracking, asset monitoring, fleet management, micromobility, video telematics, and other IoT applications.

About the Role

Queclink is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand our vehicle, asset, and micromobility tracking business across the United States.

This is a senior individual-contributor position responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer and channel relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. The successful candidate will understand how GNSS, cellular connectivity, telematics hardware, and IoT solutions address real-world customer needs across fleet management, asset security, logistics, transportation, equipment monitoring, and shared-mobility applications.

We are especially interested in connecting with candidates located in the Pacific Northwest and Central regions of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business for Queclink’s vehicle, asset, and micromobility tracking product lines.

  • Identify and engage telematics service providers, fleet technology companies, IoT platforms, distributors, system integrators, mobility operators, and enterprise customers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, product positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop regional account-growth strategies.

  • Understand customer use cases and recommend appropriate Queclink hardware and technical solutions.

  • Develop opportunities involving vehicle tracking, fleet management, asset security, equipment monitoring, logistics, cold-chain visibility, and shared-mobility operations.

  • Pursue high-value enterprise, channel, OEM, ODM, and JDM opportunities.

  • Coordinate product evaluations, samples, demonstrations, technical discussions, and pilot programs.

  • Work closely with Queclink’s global product, engineering, FAE, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecasting information in Salesforce.

  • Represent Queclink at trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and partner activities.

  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the U.S. market.

  • Travel within the United States as required to develop customer relationships and support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • At least five years of successful B2B sales or business-development experience within telematics, GPS/GNSS tracking, fleet technology, IoT hardware, connected mobility, or a closely related industry.

  • Demonstrated experience developing new accounts and managing complex, technical sales cycles.

  • Strong understanding of vehicle tracking, asset monitoring, fleet management, or micromobility applications.

  • Experience selling hardware solutions to telematics service providers, technology platforms, distributors, integrators, mobility operators, or enterprise customers.

  • Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into appropriate product recommendations.

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and commercial teams across multiple countries and time zones.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships within the U.S. telematics, fleet-management, asset-tracking, logistics, or micromobility markets.

  • Experience working with cellular IoT devices, GNSS technology, BLE, CAN bus, vehicle diagnostics, sensors, or related connectivity technologies.

  • Experience with enterprise, OEM, ODM, JDM, or channel-based sales.

  • Familiarity with commercial fleets, equipment and trailer tracking, transportation and logistics, cold-chain monitoring, vehicle finance, or shared e-bike and scooter operations.
